African Bags - Kiondo Sisal Bags and African Print Bags

A long history of Kiondo sisal bag exists in the Kenyan tribes of the Kikuyu, the Taita and the Kamba people. Done through centuries and passed through generations it is finally here with us.

Other tribes used fibres from other different plants to make bags such as the banana fibre. The fibres were decorated by dying into different colours to enhance their beauty then leather added to add more protection and beauty.
